VAT
I’m not VAT registered. This isn’t an issue for private customers, but if you’re a business please bear this in mind.
Hopefully it won’t proclude us from your custom..!

Quotes / Estimates
When you approach us for a quote, I will endeavour to let you know a price as soon as possible. This will typically be by return email or telephone. I can also provide an estimate at the time, but this is an estimate and is intended as a guide only. For a firm quote, the artwork(s) are needed to be seen by myself in the flesh.

Orders
When placing orders, 25% of the total order value is required to proceed with the work. This can be in cash or a cheque payable me, details available at the time. The remaining 75% can then follow when the work is finished and is delivered / collected.

Delivery
I deliver to most local locations and can arrange couriers for the more afar places. Customers can also collect their purchase(s) if they desire.

Workload
With my framing being a part-time occupation, I give orders priority on evenings, holidays and at weekends. That said, I treat your business as my business and I pride myself on fast turnarounds when it comes to work completion – I also check my emails on a daily basis.

Reproduction of Artworks
Experience has shown that reproducing a customer’s artwork (if they wanted two copies for example) is time-consuming and not always as per the customer invisaged. On that basis, we don’t offer a printing or reproduction service – we can, however recommend companies that can do it for you if required.

Fitting of Artworks
Likewise, installations of finished frames at the customer’s location / dwelling is down to the customer, our remit ends once the frame is made and delivered. We can (and do) fit the back fixings at pre-defined locations on the frame(s) to suit existing “screws in the wall” and suchlike, but hanging of the artwork / item(s) once framed is down to the customer.

Testimonials
At the end of an order, we like to send our customers our questionnaire so we can gauge our service to you etc, etc. Whilst the filling in and returning of this questionnaire is by no means compulsory, we welcome completed questionnaires.
